- BOQ area bands: above 2 m² up to 10 m² and above 10 m².
- Price unit: square metre of completed sign face.
- Overall width, height, panel count, panel joints and stiffener spacing are confirmed from approved shop drawings.
- Legend and background sheeting are specified separately to avoid duplicated reflective extra-over charges.
Scope and exclusions
Support structures, foundations, wind-load design, crane hire, delivery and installation are quoted separately.
