This policy explains how returns work at Road Signage Africa: no refunds, only exchanges.
Road Signage Africa does not give cash or credit-card refunds. If you need a different item, we offer an exchange under the conditions below.
1. When we exchange
- Standard stock items (not custom-made) may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or collection.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with your invoice or order number.
- You may exchange for another item of the same or higher value (you pay the difference). Where the new item costs less, the balance is kept as a credit note for future orders.
2. Items we cannot exchange
- Custom, printed or made-to-order signs, including signs with your wording, logo or special sizes.
- Road marking, installation and other services once the work has started.
- Items that have been installed, cut, drilled, painted or otherwise altered.
- Clearance or specially discounted items, unless they are defective.
3. Defective or incorrect goods
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected. If a product is defective, or we supplied the wrong item, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. After inspection we will repair or replace it, or exchange it for a suitable alternative, at no cost to you.
4. How to request an exchange
- Email info@roadsignageafrica.co.za or call 067 741 0422 with your order number, the item and the reason.
- We will confirm whether the item qualifies and how to return it.
- Return the item to our Rivonia shop. Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, return transport is for your account.
- Once we have checked the returned item, we will send or prepare the replacement.
