1. Collection
You can collect your order free of charge from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (Oriental City), Rivonia, Sandton, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, once we confirm it is ready.
2. Delivery
We deliver across South Africa by courier or our own vehicles. The delivery cost depends on size, weight and distance and is confirmed with you before dispatch. Large items such as signs on poles, drums of paint and barriers may need a specialised vehicle.
3. Lead times
- Stock items are usually ready within 1 to 3 working days after payment reflects.
- Made-to-order signs and custom items are produced after artwork or specifications are approved; we confirm the lead time on your quote or order.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather or events outside our control.
4. Installation and site work

Site dates are booked once the quote is accepted and payment terms are met. Access to the site, a safe working area and suitable weather are needed for marking and installation.
5. Receiving your order
Please check your order when you receive it. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours, with photos, to info@roadsignageafrica.co.za. Risk passes to you once the goods are collected or delivered.
